The S, Q, G, YiKon, and R single cell amplification kits are based on DOP-PCR, MDA, MDA, MALBAC®, and MALBAC-like techenology. It can be seen from the above figure that the allele dropout rate (ADO) of YiKon's MALBAC® Single Cell Amplification Kit is significantly lower than the other four kits.
